2024 to 2026

A crypto exchange whose fees and liquidity adjust themselves.

  • Launched the first exchange on Sui with dynamic fees3 that move with the market, then added automated vaults so liquidity providers stop rebalancing by hand.
  • Reached nearly $500M in trading volume and $1M+ in fees1, #3 in the world and #1 on Sui for fees earned per dollar deposited in late 20255.
  • Raised $1.6M4 and exited by selling a copy of the codebase to LoFi while keeping the IP.
  • Designed the token governance: forecasts of trading volume steer how rewards are paid, and good forecasters earn more.

  • Grew annual revenue 50% to $26M and added 100+ clients10.
  • Oversaw 30+ software projects in healthcare, retail, ecommerce and manufacturing, including a hiring system with 800K candidate profiles.
  • Led 150 people and mapped business processes for Fortune 1000 clients with SQL and Celonis. Exited through a 2026 equity buyback.
